The Role

Strategic Partnerships Manager for Continental Europe is a unique opportunity for you to be part of an innovative and ambitious team. You will have overarching responsibility for identifying and securing new partnership opportunities with sports rights holders in the European market. You will work closely with international colleagues in Scandinavia, UK and North America, to secure and steward dynamic and innovative partnerships with sports rights holders. This is an exciting time to join our team and as such, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person with both extensive experience and a hunger for driving new business.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP of Strategic Partnerships, you will develop and own the go-to-market strategy and sales development for the Continental European market.

Develop and execute market-specific sales strategies to be successful at cultivating business growth in a new, developing market.

Hire, manage and inspire a team of freelance sales consultants to unlock a multitude of partnerships with sports rights holders.

Identify and establish strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders within the sport and media community, with a goal of establishing new business and partnerships.

Build and manage an active sales pipeline to ensure you consistently close new business.

Identify emerging market trends and opportunities while also having a clear understanding of the competitive landscape.

Attend relevant virtual events, webinars, and conferences in the market to promote Joymo.

Qualifications

College degree, preferably 4+ years of new business sales experience.

2+ years of experience managing a sales team with ambitious growth targets.

Strong understanding of the media and sports landscape in Europe

Experience hitting revenue targets and a creative approach to new business development

Proven record of building a sales pipeline efficiently through market analysis and prioritization.

Effective and clear communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive OTT solutions to new partners.

Language skills: Fluent in English, verbal and written. Additional languages will be an advantage.
