Our operations are growing, and we are looking for an experienced, competitive, and highly motivated Head of Sales to join our team.

We are seeking to find an experienced Head of Sales to help take the company to the next level, leading the sales function and growing the company across customer verticals.

The right person for the role will have a deep understanding of the staffing and SOW-based project solutions business and should be highly knowledgeable and connected. The Head of Sales will help identify and lead key strategic initiatives. The role will engage with internal partners to set up the required systems for sales & marketing and drive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Build a global sales organization.

Establish the sales metrics and targets across different verticals and geographies.

Work with the CEO to implement the sales strategy for sales acceleration, including determining high potential client targets, use cases, verticals, etc.

Drive lead-generation, referrals, and prospecting programs and ensure an efficient new lead generation system.

Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams and direct communication plans, PR, conference events, etc.

Manage KPI reporting, forecasting growth, human capital needs, and new revenue streams

Manage the company’s expansion and presence in US & Canada

Increase automation and sales metrics for optimal operations for the team

Requirements

Proven track record leading a sales team in a staffing & solutions company

Hands-on experience and a proven track record in B2B sales

Conversant and passionate about the staffing & solutions business

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as a deep network within the industry

Problem solver and critical thinker mindset

Demonstrated success in driving sales acceleration with new service offerings

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on delivering for clients

Excellent listening and communication skills (both verbal and written), and executive presence; must be able to interface with senior client executives

Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate services with evidence of tangible business results

Strong team player, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately
